Arrival by train:
We recommend that you arrive at Karlsruhe Central Station.
From Sunday, September 22, to Thursday, September 26, a shuttle service will be available during the day (please indicate your planned arrival time, train number and number of guests).
Arrival by flight:
– FRA Frankfurt/Main Airport: a train runs at regular intervals to Karlsruhe Central Station (approx. 60 min), where our shuttle service is available. Alternatively, groups can book a shared cab online directly to the event or hotel.
– STR Stuttgart Airport: The journey to Karlsruhe takes around two hours. We recommend hiring a rental car.
– FKB Karlsruhe Baden Airpark: A bus connection to Karlsruhe Central Station takes around 40 minutes. Rental cars are also available. Groups can book a reserved shared cab to Jockgrim or to the hotel.
Note: The best prices for travel and hotels are usually available 2-3 months in advance. The closer the event date approaches, the more the prices in Germany increase, sometimes up to three times as much, depending on the provider.
Hotel recommendations
Close to the venue (10-15 minutes walk):
– Hotel Victoria Living: no service, no reception, no breakfast buffet.
– Elefant Jockgrim: Small rooms, simple but friendly, 15-20 minutes‘ walk away.
Charming hotels:
– Hotel zum Rössel in Kandel: Nice hotel, nice lounge area, many good restaurants nearby, 10 min by car.
– Hotel zum Riesen in Kandel: Unique facilities, good food, 10 min by car.
Best price/performance ratio:
– Vater Rhein Wörth
– Hotel Duwakshop in Hayna: Newly renovated, good restaurant, 10 min by car.
Exclusive option:
